What’s Inside
This lab goes beyond the basics of calling an AI model. It focuses on the infrastructure, security, and observability practices needed to run AI-driven applications reliably in the cloud. You will:
- Orchestrate containers using Azure Container Apps, App Service, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Work with advanced data strategies including vector similarity search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Protect sensitive credentials with Azure Key Vault
- Implement standardized monitoring with OpenTelemetry
The lab is offered in two versions, one using Bash and the other PowerShell, with identical technical content and learning objectives, so you can work in whichever shell environment you’re most comfortable with.
Why It Matters
Building an AI proof of concept is one thing. Running it in production, with proper container orchestration, credential protection, and observability, is another. This lab bridges that gap, giving you hands-on experience with the same patterns used to operate real AI workloads at scale.
