Challenges to Copilot Adoption:
Despite its advantages, Copilot faces some challenges:
- No free trial is available.
- Upfront yearly costs can make businesses hesitant to commit to large-scale rollouts.
- Typically, pilot groups are set up for initial testing. However, without a training-focused lead-in, users’ expectations might not align with the tool’s reality.
- Microsoft does not issue licenses directly.
