Although the courses will no longer be updated or supported by Microsoft, XtremeLabs is still committed to offering an outstanding lab experience. XtremeLabs will continue to manage and update labs that cover these legacy topics for as long as there is sufficient demand from the Learning Partner and MCT community.
Since the retired courses will no longer be officially supported by Microsoft, they will be removed from the MCT Readiness program. XtremeLabs will, however, continue to offer free lab prep for MCTs on these retired courses through the end of March 2022. If you have any questions or need access to retired labs, please contact our Sales Team.
In addition to the continued support of retired courseware, XtremeLabs is pleased to be partnering with authors in the XtremeLabs community to create legacy courseware. Courseware will be available for purchase through Courseware Marketplace as Arvato Community Courseware and can be purchased directly through XtremeLabs. The first title set to be released is the Windows Server 2016 course. This courseware can be used as a replacement to the following two courses:
- MOAC 70-740: Installation, Storage, and Compute with Windows Server 2016
- MOC 20740: Installation, Storage, and Compute with Windows Server 2016 titles.
The courseware is set to be released in the coming weeks. If you would like to get a sneak peek of the courseware, contact our Sales Team!
