XtremeLabs and CEO Ahmar Abbas recognized as 2023 NVTC Tech100 honorees
XtremeLabs and CEO Ahmar Abbas were named to the Northern Virginia Technology Council's 2023 NVTC Tech100 honoree list.
XtremeLabs was among the companies recognized by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) on its list of 2023 NVTC Tech100 honorees. That year's Tech100 included 61 tech companies, 33 executives, and six emerging leaders recognized for dedication, vision, and innovation in the Northern Virginia region.
The recognition capped a strong year for XtremeLabs. The product team transformed the XtremeLabs catalog of lab and related training offerings, the launch of the XtremeLabs Marketplace drove a jump in direct customer outreach and support, operations were streamlined, and the company added key hires to its leadership and product development teams.
Ahmar Abbas, CEO of XtremeLabs, was also recognized individually as one of the executives on the Tech100 list, for his innovative leadership and focus on product quality and customer service. Prior to XtremeLabs, Abbas was Vice President of Global Services at Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC, and Senior Vice President at CSS Corp, responsible for global infrastructure management and cloud services.
"Congratulations to XtremeLabs and Mr. Ahmar Abbas and all of this year's Tech100 honorees, a cross-section of innovators from the tech sectors of cyber, cloud, AI, software development, data centers, government IT, and commercial tech," said Jennifer Taylor, NVTC president and CEO. "I am so inspired by the positive impact these honorees have on the technology field."
The 2023 program drew 200 nominations across three categories, company, executive, and NextGen leader, reviewed by a panel of independent judges from the region's technology and investment community.
